Allow your staff to take the quiz and then use the analytical tool to establish for you which questions were best answered.

A report is issued that identifies the best group responses. There are also reports for individual license numbers, that enable leaders to identify if any staff need specific support on particular topics.

What is to stop you from trying the quiz a few months later after appropriate training? You can then compare your outcomes and show the difference your training has made in terms of knowledge gained.
